These Terms form an agreement between You and Apolitical and concern Your use of the Service. They are subject to change and should therefore be reviewed regularly.

These Terms shall be governed by English law and should they be deemed unenforceable then such provisions shall be construed to reflect the intentions of the parties.

Apolitical's Terms & Conditions

  1. These Terms (as amended from time to time) constitute the entire agreement between You and Apolitical concerning Your use of the Service, and supersede and extinguish all previous agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, representations and understandings between Us and You, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of these Terms.
  2. We may assign or subcontract any rights or obligations under these Terms without Your consent. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without Our prior written consent.
  3. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms so that You are aware of any changes to them and You will be bound by any updated Terms. No other variation to these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorised representative on behalf of Apolitical.
  4. If any provision(s) of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties (as reflected in the provision(s)) and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  5. Apolitical’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by Apolitical in writing. No single or partial exercise of such right or remedy shall prevent or restrict the further exercise of that or any right or remedy.
  6. Unless otherwise expressly stated, nothing in these Terms shall create any rights or any other benefits whether pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise in favour of any person other than You and Apolitical.
  7. These Terms, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with these Terms, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
